Shinobi Storm Goes Two-Player
Shinobi Storm was a solo game this morning. Not anymore.
Two new modes, one screen: Co-op Survival, where you and a partner face the endless waves together — go down and you're downed, not dead, revivable by your partner or by clearing the wave — and Versus Duel, a best-of-three katana/shuriken/dash showdown with health bars, round pips, and a Rematch screen.
Player 1 keeps keyboard and mouse; Player 2 grabs the first controller plugged in, spotted live on a new ready screen. A smart camera keeps both ninjas in frame wherever they wander.
Best part: solo Campaign and Endless are untouched — QA diffed the combat and enemy files against the pre-change snapshot and they came back byte-identical. Five stars stays five stars.
